Do I need to be verified?

We want to be sincere with you, as we’re a licensed casino and take care of our guests’ safety, verification is a mandatory step but not from the very beginning. Still, our recommendation from the heart will make your life a little bit easier 🙂 If you don’t want to wait for verification when you make a withdrawal, we advise completing it as soon as possible 🙂

However, we do reserve the right to carry out additional verification if we believe any suspicious or fraudulent behavior has occurred on your account.

What documents are needed for verification?

The documents needed for verification are: –

1. A photo of your Aadhaar card, pan card, or driver’s license (for identity proof) –
2. A photo of your passbook or bank statement of registered bank account –
3. A selfie with your Identity

Please, be advised that we have some requirements for POI documents to be approved (national ID card, international passport, all corners must be visible and data readable – front and back sides of the doc, the document must be valid)

• all document corners should be visible;
• the identity document should have been valid for at least 1 month from the date of submission;
• the document should not be damaged or unreadable;
• screenshots are not accepted;
• required fields of the document should be readable and fully visible;
• the quality or resolution of the image should not be poor.

We cannot accept in any way:

• Checks
• Envelopes with the address as a confirmation of your address of residence
• Stickers with the address on the parcels as a confirmation of your address of residence
• Mobile phone bills
• Insurance documents
• Medical prescriptions, recipes, invoices and other documents
• Pre-paid card invoices.

After checking the documents by our security service, your account will be confirmed. It can take up to 24 hours, but usually it’s much quicker.
